My Story

I look like I’ve had it all together. Truth? I’ve been through the damn wringer.

Foster care. Abuse. Six years in the Army...including a war zone and the Pentagon.
Eighteen years in Corporate America, grinding it out in meetings and projects.
And a decade of therapy...EMDR, talk therapy, Reiki, you name it, I’ve probably cried through it.

I spent years building a life that looked unstoppable on the outside.
Inside? I was spiraling.

Therapy gave me the “why”...why I was wired the way I was, why I made the choices I did. But it didn’t give me the “what now."

That’s when I built The Martini Method™, a tactical clarity framework that stopped the 2 A.M. spiral and helped me start trusting my own damn decisions again.

  • 6 years in the U.S. Army (yes, including a war zone and Pentagon duty)

  • 18 years in Corporate America → senior leadership in client success, retention marketing, and customer experience

  • 10 years of therapy + personal work → EMDR, talk therapy, Reiki, shamanic healing

  • Built Olivory (a small but tasty charcuterie biz with my husband)

  • Founder of The Martini Method™ → for ambitious women who look unstoppable but can’t stop spiraling

  • Stepping on stages to bring other women along with me.

I don’t believe in fluff, buzzwords, or “just manifest it” coaching.

I believe in tactical tools, gut-check clarity, and action that sticks.

I’ll never tell you to skip therapy, it saved me. But when therapy ends with “now what?”… that’s where I pick up.

Off the stage and outside of coaching, I’m building a life I love with my husband, Greg, our blended crew (Dante, Isabella, and Declan), and our two dogs—Traeger (boxer) and Murphy (golden doodle).
We live in Holly Springs, NC, where life = travel, lake days, family chaos, and yes, perfect Christmas mornings (don’t touch my holiday plans).

My journey from survival to clarity fuels everything I do.
I’ve rewritten my story and now I help other women do the same.
Because if I can climb out of the spiral and build a life that actually works for me, you sure as hell can too.
